Season Registration

2025-2026 Registration Info

Registration for our upcoming season typically opens in mid to late August and is completed online through Water Polo Canada’s registration system, RAMP.  Our season runs from mid-September through mid-April, with program options available for a variety of age groups. We’re excited to welcome new and returning athletes to another great season of water polo.  Registration for the 2025–2026 season is now closed. Please watch for 2026–2027 season registration opening in mid-August.

Important Details Prior to Registration

2025-2026 Program Fees
Program fees are listed in the chart below.  Please Note:
• These are the basic fees with the understanding that each family will commit to their volunteer & fundraising requirements (see below).
• Additional fees to both Alberta Water Polo Association and Water Polo Canada are applicable and paid separately at registration (approx. $100 total). These fees are non-refundable and paid once a year.
• Additional costs may also include travel and team gear.

What’s included with the registration fee:
• Club swimsuit (for U12, U14 & U17 only)
• Coaching & program development
• Pool/facility rentals
• Competition fees

Volunteer & Fundraising Policy
As part of registration for the upcoming season, all families are required to review and agree to the Prairie Dolphins Water Polo Club’s Fundraising and Volunteer policies. These expectations outline how each family contributes to the club’s operations and events throughout the year.  See Volunteering & Fundraising Overview for full details. Specific volunteer and fundraising requirements for each age group will also appear directly in RAMP during registration.
By registering, you confirm that you have read and agree to the requirements.  If you have any questions, please contact the club prior to registering.

Respect In Sport

Registration Instructions

Please follow the steps below to complete your registration. Issues with registering? Email dolphinswaterpolo@gmail.com.
1. Follow the link to RAMP registrations: https://www.rampregistrations.com/public/participantreg?v3=551b59cc9b 
2. Log in or create an account
3. Select "Participant"
4. Select Division - "Provincial Athlete/Coach"
5. Select age group package, based on birth year
- Please note that the package price does not include the non-refundable AWPA and WPC fee, and this will have to be paid separately during registration
- Also note the required Fundraisers & Volunteering in your selected package
6. Enter required information; Read and sign waivers
7. Complete additional questions (select Primary for Question 1)
8. Registration will not be complete until you submit your payment
