Refund Policy

Approved by the Board of Directors

1. Any athlete that withdraws from the club prior to the season commencement date will be entitled to a refund in the amount of the registration fee paid less a $25 processing fee.

2. Any athlete that withdraws from the club prior to November 1 of the current season will be entitled to half of the registration fee paid.

3. No refunds will be offered after November 1 of the current season.

Members must provide written notification to the registrar (dolphinswaterpolo@gmail.com) of the intent to withdraw an athlete from the club on or before the dates listed above.

Please Note:
-  The season commencement date is determined by the date of the first practice of the athlete’s age group.
-  This policy will be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors and presented as part of the registration package.
